[info-mcl] Databrowser for MCL 5.2

I have enclosed an upgrade to the excellent Databrowser MCL  
contribution by Shannon Spires, making it work with MCL 5.2. The full  
distribution (with examples) is included in MCL 5.1.

The upgrade changes the defpascal definitions in the Databrowser to  
have :upp-creator attributes, superseding previous uses of add-pascal- 
upp-alist. This allows MCL to register the callback functions with  
macho addresses. Without this modification, MCL 5.2 will crash as the  
OS attempts a callback.

Changing from using add-pascal-upp-alist to defpascal :upp-creator  
attributes may also benefit other MCL contributions.
