[info-mcl] Updated choose-file-dialog-patch

The choose-file-dialog-patch has been updated so the choose-file- 
dialog optionally show a pop-up menu to select all documents no  
matter whether they have a suffix identifying them as text:

MacOSX now relies on suffixes to determine the type of a document.  
This patch provides a resolution to choose-file-dialog disabling  
selection of text files with a suffix not recognized to be associated  
with text.
